Officially launched in spring 2015, Prestige Class refined represents refined comfort that lives up to its name. Enjoy complimentary refreshments in the lounge cars, relax in the scenic dome section of the Prestige Park Car, and indulge your senses with all-inclusive epicurean fare.

This service is only available between Toronto and Vancouver v.v., and Toronto/Vancouver to Winnipeg v.v.

Enjoy breathtaking views as you savour the best of Canadian cuisine, served on the dining car's elegant dining sets. Choose from a selection of three mouth-watering dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by VIA Rail's on-board chefs including regional specialties such as grill-seared Canadian Lake Trout garnished with old-fashioned pickled onions.

Both lunch and dinner consist of appetizer, main course, and dessert, plus coffee or tea and alcoholic beverages (choose from a selection of beers and red and white wines). Mealtimes aboard The Canadian boast a culinary experience and level of service which rivals fine dining restaurants around the world.
